Instructions

| B1 | 8 | Join hands along lines and old top couple (new bottom couple) join hands to make a horseshoe. New top woman threads the needle under top two men. |
| B2 | 8 | New top man threads the needle under the top two women |
Notes
The men need to be pretty fast to get everyone into place in time for the new tops to gallop. Also, there can be the usual double-threading variation.
