- 1oz (28g) hot chocolate powder
- 3oz (85g) caster sugar
- 1 large egg
Sauce
- 2oz (57g) brown sugar
- ½oz (14g) cocoa powder
- 1½oz (42½g) chocolate
- 10 fl oz (295ml) of hot cocoa
- 2oz (57g) caster sugar
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 325°F (165°C)
